Knew Joe way back from working at Kiddyland on East Harry around 1958?? Joe ran the swimming pool and maybe the skating rink.
We had many nights of playing poker at his parents house in Plainview. Of course there might have been beer involved - after
all we were all of 15 to 16. I moved to LA and then to St Louis. Joe was always ready to help with tax questions. I repaid
with a few lunches when I came back to Wichita to visit my daughter who still lives there. Sorry to hear this!! |
