Comments: I am so very sorry to hear of Myrla's passing. What a lovely and vibrant woman she was!!!! And how very much she loved her family. Never a time that I saw her did we not speak of her family and what was going on with all of them. May memories of times together give you great comfort at this sad time. Blessing to you all, Ms. Kathy Fouts

Comments: To the Anderson and Trahern families. Marla was perhaps my oldest friend. I have known her since she was three years old. The many years and great distance that separate us did not diminish that friendship. Myrla and Mike are together now.

Comments: Myrla – The last four school years that we shared a schedule were an honor and privilege for me. You were so amazing with the students and cared so much about them. It came through in everything you did and how hard you worked, and they all loved you so much. My favorite part of the day was our shared breaks and getting to listen to your stories about Mike and your kids when they were little. You lit up every time you talked about your family and the different games or activities that the grandkids had going on. You absolutely loved cheering them on! Your family was your entire world and it showed through every day. You had a wicked sense of humor, and those high kicks … no one could do them better! You were a firecracker, and your heart was as big as the ocean. I really can’t say it any better than my daughter did, “I will never forget Ms. Myrla and all of the important things she taught us.” The world was a brighter place with you in it, and it’s a little dimmer now with you gone. Mendee, Marcee, and Trex – Your mom was so amazing, and loved by so many. Thank you so very much for sharing her with the rest of us. She loved you all more than anything in the world, and I hope her love continues to surround you and hold you through this difficult time. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers every day.

Comments: I told you this already, but so many memories of my childhood are with your family. She was the loudest cheerleader at a game. But also the biggest critic & encourager. Such a dear lady, I will treasure the memories we shared! May God hold you up & be with you during this time of sorrow.

Comments: Trex, Mendee, Marcee and family. Just wanted you to know how very precious our memories of our young years in Richfield are to us. Marla was a true friend and we had so many fun times and laughs together. I hope you have Gods peace, the kind that passes understanding, as you grieve.
