Does your group talk about this kind of things and the resources available to the community?

we have only good things to say about Austin COAC-joined in 1989 or so, and bounced questions off the pro parents when we
started adopting our 10 special needs kids. To hear snips of what they faced, the good and the bad, help us now as we face

KZ in 2003 and Brennan (2yo) was adopted from Karaganda, KZ in 2005. COAC is a wonderful resource for poeple adopting, fostering,
