Would you like to connect with someone that has had bariatric surgery at Barix Clinics? The individuals below have agreed to volunteer to an email connection with others that have the similar interest of bariatric surgery. What a great way to have your questions answered like only someone that has walked in your shoes can. The volunteers will be familiar with the Barix Clinics guidelines provided for post surgical care because they had surgery at Barix Clinics. They have not been specially trained, are not compensated by Barix Clinics for their efforts and will not provide medical advice. Recognizing that making lifestyle changes that support a healthy weight is a lifelong process, connecting with others along the way can be a great help. Once you choose a buddy through the Barix Buddy Program, it is up to you and the buddy to determine the frequency and the best way for you to contact each other. Since the buddy relationship will take place outside of any monitored environment, Barix assumes no responsibility or liability for any interaction between buddies.
