I am so moved at the loss suffered at the ame church in Charleston that I had to reach out. I ask how can the healing begin.
I am a white man who tries to judge all men by the content of their character and when I see such racial hatred acted out
in a fashion that can only be described as evil, I feel some guilt. As if in some fashion my own deeply rooted racism has
some part to play in this violence. I am just trying to talk to you pastor and tell you I struggle many times to be that man
who judges by the content of a mans character. I ask please judge me by the content of my character and see that I struggle
