I am a former student of yours. I took PFHW 181: Stress Management at LCC in the Spring of 2011. It was my first semester
of college, I am now halfway through my graduate program in Occupational Therapy.
I just wanted to let you know how much your course helped me. I always had problems with the mindfulness types of stress
reduction breathing, grounding, etc. I thought it too "hippie." But learning the physiological underpinnings of your approach
was extremely helpful. I still use your techniques 9 years later.
Tonight another friend talked to me about how to cope with stress and anxiety, and again, I recommended your videos to them.
I have done this numerous times over the past eight years.
Thanks again for being such an awesome professor, for helping me to understand how my body reacts, and giving me some tools
to change the response. I hope you are still offering the course.

This is good stuff. I have not been able to work for 4 years because of adrenal burnout, and doctors like to prescribe herbs
and vitamins, or anti-depressants. In just glancing over your information, I can see this is the vital link that is needed
in order to make a full recovery. All your words and philosophies really hit a spot for me. I am really surprised that this

Your workshop today on grounding in Dr. Gumm's women's chorus was so incredibly helpful. I noticed an immediate difference
