Comments: Lois and I have been friends since College, and I met George through her. George was always so welcoming and made me smile with his wit, intelligence, and great personality. He loved his wife and family - and after that, jazz. He enjoyed his work as a lawyer and told me he couldn't ever see himself retiring. The last time I saw George, just a few weeks ago, I was again captivated by his love of learning and ability to communicate a story. I told him, George, you have to write a book! He told me he would rather play jazz on his saxophone. It's a shock that left you so quickly. You must have been needed in Heaven. God bless you, George, and God bless you,Lois, and your family. With Deepest Sympathy and Love, Tina, Tim, and family

Comments: Close to forty nine years ago I had the pleasure of meeting George Medved at Clairton High School. A good friend with a large friendly personality. What a saxophone player. God bless your wife, kids and entire family. Gone but never forgotten.
