Comments: I had the privilege of working with Dr. Acevedo in the ICU at Butler Memorial Hospital. He was a tremendous example both as a physician and a person. Often, he would stay late to ensure that the patients were receiving proper medical care. As has been noted, he provided excellent medical care and showed kindness to all. Sincere sympathy to his family. Thank you.

Comments: Dear Debbie, Mia and Izzy, In my own small way, i share in your sadness on the loss of dear Ricky, because the depth one heart's suffering is unfathomable, unique... I can only hold you in spirit in my heart... I pray the Lord give you strength and comfort, and even peace, in the Lord's assurance of eternal life for us who believe, who bow to His will...and KNOW that Ricky is at peace and happy in His love there, as he was here in the abundance of your love.. And we have that expectant hope that one day, we and our loved ones will be together again and forever. God love you!
