When was the last time your plumber said ‘No charge, we had a guy in your area and it only took a couple of minutes to fix
the problem?"
What a refreshing experience to have an honest and responsive plumber help us with our leaky water heater. We called ATR and
they had one of their field plumbers Luis, in the area that could stop by after the next job. He was able to tighten the water
intake nut with a wrench and fixed the problem in a couple minutes. I thanked him and asked him what the cost of the visit
would be. He said he would call his boss Billy.... Billy told him, since you were in the area and it was a simple fix, and
a new customer... Billy said no charge! Just recommend us to your friends in need of a plumber. Also, Therese, Billy's wife
took our call was very pleasant and helped orchestrate getting Luis to our house in a timely fashion. I'm adding ATR phone
number to my contact list. They are good people who treat their clients fairly and go out of their way to do what’s right.

You would be hard pressed to find more Professional,Knowledgeable, Friendly People.
Before we knew it,Billy and Luis were in our driveway to replace our water heater after a few phone conversations to clarify
important details and meaumeasurements.
Theresa was at the helm for that, she asked questions & took information as though she had experience installing them
herself !!
Our tank would not purge water because of 21 years of hard well water and build up. Ugg!! It had to be removed FULL,
The issue was resolved and Billy 's sense of humor never waiverd .

Need a great plumber? I've got the best one. I've known Bill all his life and you won't find a better plumber anywhere.He
just cleaned and serviced my furnace and air conditioner. He is very reasonable with his prices and dependable. Since I've
moved to grayslake he has helped me with many prodjects, and when I was selling my orevious home in Mt. Prospect he put my
home in perfect shape for the buyers inspector. It passed inspection whith flying colors. |
