Comments: My wife has been writing you, she says you are the expert on polygraphs. I guess she has told you about me and my project. I am working with little information, a weight and a year. In 1955 the Baltimore Police Department bought the first polygraph unit in the state, the newspaper reported on 29 Nov 1955 they called is a box not a case, so I am looking for something more box shaped that case shaped, obviously they said it was portable and they said it weighted in the area of 46 pounds. From what I read most portable units were either briefcase shaped or tool box shaped, the news called it a box, so I am narred down, then they gave a weight 46 pounds.. the 302 my daughter bought me was made in 152/53 and weights 42 pounds, but it has no batteries, could that be the difference. I would assume there were not too many machines made before 1955. Can you give me info, is it most likely the right machine, or type, what color inks should be put on the paper to make the stylous look correct.. and do they still sell paper for it anywhere. Also is it OK to direct people to your site from mine Any help would be appreciated Kenny

We have all come a long way.
