Comments: First jar went bye-bye fast. I used it on chips, on a sandwich, in spaghetti, and because I was out of sauce, I used it on Tortellini and it was awesome! Best tortellini I've ever had. I want more!!!

Comments: Well this isn't an original recipe -- Zucchini Cakes Christina -- but it goes sooooo good with a little Piperade on it.It's great for brunch, but I first had it at a tapas and wine pairing. The Piperade really makes it rock though!! http://eatingwellontheroad.com/zucchini-cake-christina/

Comments: Just want to say that your hot sauce , (salsa,) is truly the best on the market. I've been disappointed for years trying all those so called, "Hot"... They don't know what hot is. Basque Piperade's "Flamin Hot" is the real deal folks. Not only hot, but delightfully tasty as well. Mmmm good.

Comments: I visited the piperade booth at the Sat. 9/11/10 Modesto Farmer's Market. I sampled the artichoke piperade dip. I liked it so much, wanted to purchase some. The girl said she was sold out, but that the recipe was on the website. So I bought a jar of sauce and eagerly visited the website to find the recipe. Sadly I couldn't find it and I'm disappointed. Could you send me the recipe? Thanks, Cathy Doo (209) 634-8002

Comments: I have been buying and using piperade for a long time now and I couldn't imagine a lot of recipes without it! Monet you do a fabulous job! Don't change a thing! I was reading over some of the guestbook comments and the Jerry Secrest fellow is WAY full of shit! Talk about RUDE and being an asshole. This is Monet's product, NOT yours, so just let her run it as she sees fit and mind your own business. Thanks!

Comments: I tried Piperade for the first time today and feel in love with it. I had all sorts of ideas on what I was going to use it for but unfortunately I ate half the jar with some chips before I could get it to the fridge. The flavor is just so amazing. I don't know if I will be able to wait a few more days till the next farmers market before I can get some more.

Comments: Hi Monet Just got three jars from my brother. Here is ideas: Enlarge the picture on the front of the jar. Drop the emblem below the picture. It is not carried through anywhere. Add the picture on the jar to the webpage to aid in continuing the image. "Use as a starter for just about anything" may be replaced with something more direct. The recipes on the webpage are too long for this age. I suggest using some that can be done in less time or easier.

Comments: I use my piperade on all kinds of meats and vegetables, it always makes something better! Here's one of my favorite things to do; Try it for left over BBQ chicken, lay the chicken in a 9x14 baking dish and add a spoonfull of piperade on top of each peice. cover with foil and put in 350 degree oven to warm through, makes for a "new" meal using leftovers.
