Review	We are extremely disappointed in Suze rental company. Think twice before renting!! We had a reservation contract, signed with deposit and confirmation on a house from Suze. We called on our way to the beach to add the linen package and was informed she had double booked this house and we needed to find somewhere else. We had three cars with 12 people and her only suggestion was we could rent from one of her friends but it wasn’t available till next day. She would still give us the golf cart that was supposed to be included. However we were SOL for first night so we would have to unpack and move twice!!! Our mother-in-law has hip replacement 3 weeks ago and this was not an option for us to do all of this!! We were forced to call ocean lakes rental office and luckily they found us a house to accommodate us but it was double the money of our original reservation. Then Suze said she could no longer offer us the golf cart that she had promised for her negligence or she would be fined by ocean lakes. (Since we didn’t rent from her friend.) In all of our years of vacations, this is by far the worst rental company and we are not done with this settlement!

Review	Our family has done a vacation rental via owner for the last 20 years. Most of those at Myrtle Beach. Suzie's beach house and Ocean Lakes has been by far our best experience. The house, the view, the community and best of all the nicest and most accommodating owners you will ever meet. We had our whole clan, kids from 12to 23 and a toddler grandbaby. There was plenty onsite for us all. This is the first vacation ever that there was no need to go off property for anything except the groceries. Love, love this place!

Review	We had a girls weekend at Suzanne's house and it was FANTASTIC! Actually cuter than pictures and perfect for a large group. We had 5 sisters, 3 nieces, 1 brother [who crashed the party :-)], 1 mother and 1 aunt and there was PLENTY of room for all -- including dining. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dinnerware, glassware AND a dishwasher. It was a REALLY cold weekend so we ended up eating in the entire weekend, playing games and watching movies (while lying on 2 futons!). A few of us ventured to the beach (right there... as advertised!); and the deck was phenomenal -- seating for everyone. Despite the weather, we had a wonderful time in our rental home -- probably DUE to our rental home! Suzanne has the house next store, too. We so enjoyed our time we're thinking of renting BOTH homes next time and bringing our husbands and sons! Thanks Suzanne for providing us with such a fabulous place to call home for a few days. We really enjoyed ourselves and so appreciate your hospitality! If you’re looking for a great vacation house, you will NOT be disappointed if you choose this home. It's a real winner!

Review	Enjoyed a family Christmas at the beach. House was just perfect for our extended family and we plan to return in the summer. We enjoyed the heated pool, especially the cleanliness of this house and completely furnished kitchen. Great for Christmas dinner. Enjoyed having tv's in every bedroon. Richard and Suzanne were very helpful whenever we directions or any other little problem - like flat tire. Definitely will come back and recommend this house to friends.

Review	The only place we'lll ever stay in Myrtle Beach Review Submitted 07/08/13 This house is absolutely the most perfect place for family vacations at Myrtle Beach. The proximity to the beach made the trip. It made running to the house for forgotten items or a quick bathroom break simple. The photos on the website did not do justice to the size of the rooms or the beach like ambiance. Getting ready to go out for dinner was a breeze with 3 large bathrooms and having a shower with hot water downstairs made rinsing off the children after a day on the beach easy. We had not originally reserved a golf cart, but once we arrived we knew we wanted one. A call to Suzanne and Richard was answered quickly and within 5 minutes there was one available to us. The pride they had in the home and helpful attention provided by Suzanne and Richard was the icing on the cake. I would happily recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun and affordable get-away to Myrtle Beach. We really didn't need to leave once we arrived. The community has putt putt golf, indoor/outdoor pools, a game room, basketball, volleyball, a small store, ice cream stand and wonderful lakes to take the kids fishing. We've rented many places while vacationing at Myrtle. This will be the only place we will stay from now on. Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+.
